Each 1 hour session will include:
- Relaxation exercises- like any athlete stress will hamper your speech
- Vocal exercises, breathing, tongue twisters to improve the agility of all parts Of speech such as lips, tongue and lower jaw
- Elements of speech performance, pitch, pause, tone and emotion.
- Body language-how to walk and work the podium
- Eye contact – key in leaving an impression
- Learn to adlib- this builds confidence
- Speech preparation and video tape critique
